Public Offer for Service Agreement

Individual Entrepreneur Shugan Ivan Borisovich (INN: 771774742054), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, publishes this public offer to enter into a service agreement via the website https://shugan-home.com, in accordance with Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. General Provisions

  • 1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) to any legally capable individual (hereinafter the “Client”) to conclude a service agreement for interior design and related consulting services available on the Contractor’s website.
  • 1.2. Full acceptance of this offer is considered confirmed upon submitting a request via the website or by contacting the Contractor via email.
  • 1.3. This agreement is legally binding and does not require physical signature or paper documentation.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor agrees to provide the Client with services, including but not limited to:

  • interior design and consultation;
  • development of project documentation;
  • selection of furniture, lighting, and materials;
  • project implementation support.

2.2. The scope, cost, and timeline of services shall be agreed upon individually through correspondence or request form.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Contractor shall:

  • Provide services in a professional and timely manner;
  • Keep the Client informed about the progress of the services;
  • Maintain confidentiality of the Client’s information.

3.2. The Client shall:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the service;
  • Pay for the services in full and on time as agreed;
  • Confirm acceptance of rendered services.

4. Price and Payment

  • 4.1. The price for services is determined individually based on the Client’s request.
  • 4.2. Payment is made to the Contractor’s bank account or by other agreed means.
  • 4.3. If advance payment is made, services are provided within the prepaid amount.

5. Liability

  • 5.1. Parties shall bear responsibility as per the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
  • 5.2. The Contractor is not responsible for:
    • delays or issues caused by the Client’s actions or inactions;
    • inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client;
    • actions of third parties involved by the Client.
  • 5.3. The Client may request a refund in cases of improper service provision, in accordance with consumer protection law.

6. Confidentiality and Personal Data

  • 6.1. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • 6.2. By submitting a request, the Client consents to the processing of personal data.

7. Term of the Offer

  • 7.1. This offer is valid from the moment it is published on the website and remains in force until revoked by the Contractor.
  • 7.2. The Contractor reserves the right to amend the offer at any time by publishing an updated version on the website.

8. Final Provisions

  • 8.1. The applicable law is the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • 8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations; if unsuccessful — through legal proceedings.
  • 8.3. The place of conclusion of the agreement is considered to be: Moscow, Stoleshnikov Lane, 9, Building 3.
